This CD is yet another album that will fill a gap in your record collection. Frank Luther was the singing partner of Carson Robison after the duo Carson and Vernon Dalhart split. He is a real oldtimer. By far not everything he recorded called be called country music, but this album is pure country and so are the few solo tracks by his wife Zora Layman who had the first important success as a female back in the 1930s with "Seven Years With The Wrong Man".
