This is a good companion piece to Ted's first album on CATTLE CCD 213. It is done in about the same style, although a few items are a bit newer (1940 to 1950). Vocalists are Ted, Curley Borgen, Jerry Elliott and Chuck Keeshan. Musicians are (where identified) Harry Sorenson <accordion>, Ted <steel guitar>, Sidney Buller <lead guitar>, Chuck Keeshan <guitar>, Ralph Smith <piano>. The title song was later a hit by Faron Young, but this earlier version is the original, of course. Great items by this hit maker of the 1940s. More information here:
