These transcriptional recordings were made ca. 1949 and are extremely rare these days. The 101 Ranch Boys had their big time then and millions of fans. It was certainly one of the 5 best the Western groups America had to offer. Four of their singers (Andy Reynolds, George Long, Smokey Roberts and Cliff Brown) had often formed a trio in different combinations, but they were all super solo singers as well.
