Tyler is a relatively unknown nowadays because of his short lived career from the mid 40s to the late 50s. His rough voice and up tempo boogies are some of the finest that were made in the second part of the 1940s as reproduced here. The names of the better known musicians are Billy Hughes <guitar>, J. L. Jenkins <steel guitar>, Jesse Ashlock <fiddle>. Tommy Doss <guitar>, Joe Holley <fiddle> and Al Barker <bass>.
