The great fiddle champion Curly Fox passed away in 1995 and Texas Ruby, the lady with brillant deep voice, in 1963. That is reason enough to dedicate a tribute CD to these great oltimers and Grand Ole Opry performers. It includes commercial recordings from the 40s as well as super rare transcriptional cuts includings some Grand Ole Opry originals. This is a piece of important country music history and a must for every collector of genuine early country music!
