Wiley played fiddle (even his son Wiley Jr. "Chub") and Gene the guitar plus other instruments. The close harmony singing reminds me of the Blue Sky Boys, but the

accompaniment is a bit more commercial considering the period of 1941 to 1947 when these items were recorded.
