The late Al Dexter had his biggest time from the mid 40s to early 50s. He performed, Hillbilly and Hot Country Boogies as great as Western Swing. All these styles are included in this album. All items are original first and hit versions . Al Dexter does all the vocals with the exception of "Fisherman's Boogie". You will hear musicians like Johnny Bond (guitar), Frankie Marvin (steel), Harry Hollinger (trumpet), Paul Sells (accordion) and probably Lonnie Glosson on harmonica. That sounds as great as when Wayne Raney played with the Delmore Brothers.
