Rudy Sooter is one of the most legendary personalities in country music. Bob Nolan and Roy Rogers belonged to his band before they formed the famous Sons of the Pioneers. Even Spade Cooley and Herman The Hermit were once a part of his group. On the two CATTLE albums you will hear nothing but original 1940's recordings on which Rudy used Spade Cooley, Speedy West, Noel Boggs and many more famous musicians. Rudy Sooter on guitar and Spade Cooley on fiddle sound much like the Farr Brothers. Rudy is also an excellent singer with a powerful voice. Both albums are a must for fans of early Western (Swing) gems.
